Log into your AVC Store account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your electronics in their original box with all included manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a full refund and prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our technicians inspect the returned device, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your replacement unit within 3-5 business days.
